Nilanka is the Managing Director of North West Cleaning, overseeing the overall management and strategic direction of the business. With extensive experience in business and facility management, Nilanka brings a strong understanding of operations, service delivery and client relationships to the role.
Since taking ownership of North West Cleaning, Nilanka has been instrumental in driving the company's growth, strengthening its operational foundations and expanding its presence across the North West.

Rochelle and Paige bring together strong professional and corporate backgrounds, alongside extensive knowledge and experience in the cleaning industry.
Together, they manage our cleaning teams across the region, overseeing the day-to-day running of our sites and ensuring our people have the support and direction they need to deliver consistently high standards.
They work closely with both our teams and clients, building strong relationships and ensuring communication, service and operations remain aligned as North West Cleaning continues to grow.
